I consider adding some names to the Hall of Fame, in a collection of poor and good leaders. They should preferrably be dead today, and better known as leaders than war criminals.
Good leaders
Konrad Adenauer: Resisted the Nazis, and became West Germany's first chancellor. Created an economic miracle, and reconciled with the Western powers and the Jewish community. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Konrad_Adenauer
Ashoka: As seen in Civ 4. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asoka
Urho Kekkonen: Kept Finland independent under Soviet pressure. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urho_Kekkonen
Mediocre leaders
Getúlio Vargas: Important, but controversial, Brazilian president. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Getúlio_Vargas
Sigismund III Vasa: King of Sweden, Poland and Lithuania. Great power, but few accomplishments. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sigismund_III_Vasa
Boris Yeltsin: Descended from a national hero to a national joke. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boris_Yeltsin
Poor leaders
Eric the Lisp and Lame: The name is enough. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eric_XI_of_Sweden
Joana of Castile: Nicknamed "Joana the Mad". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joanna_of_Castile
What do you think?
