New Patch vs Bug/Crash

I've stop playing Civ 5 a few month ago, i was sick of crashing and after doing some search i've figure out i wasn't the exeption so i've stop playing

My question is prety simple is the game more stable now or its still crashing as hell
I dont want to spend more time playing a game where i have 95% chance of not being to finish

I really like this game but i hope they've fix some issue

Vastly improved for me. No more crashes that repeat on reloading, ending the game.
