Germany is not at war with the US. But the recent action taken by france and the US shows us that trade with those countries cannot continue. All trade will cease immediately, french and US units will be destroyed if entering german territory. German ships and units will not enter US and french soil and territorial waters.

In other news, the german foreign minister in france has been recalled and the french ambassador has been handed a letter of exclusion.
We regret the latest happenings, but it seems that this trade war cannot be avoided, even though the german people will suffer from it. But the german empire chooses it´s pride over anything else.

The US welcomes the statement by Germany that it DOES NOT consider itself at war with the US. The US expects that this statement will be backed up by a formal cease-fire agreement in game terms, since the trade-embargo sitution is not a formally accepted diplomatic state, and 'cease-fire' seems to represent the current situation at best. The US considers it seizure of German freight-units as enough compensation, and will not press for more. The US respects the German decision, although the US agrees the current situation only hurts the German people.

In order to prevent further misunderstanding with the German Government, Germany is asked again to give more details on what it considers its territorial waters, so the US will be able to tell its Captains which waters must be avoided. Until this information has reached the US, any hostile action on US-vessels will be regarded as an act of war. Furthermore Germany must allow any US-vessels who might be in the claimed territorial waters to leave these waters without hinderence.


The American citizens have expressed their warm feelings to the French people, who so gallently have stood next to the US in these difficult times, by holding some huge faires in front of the French Ambassy in Washington and the Consulates in New York and San Fransisco. Americans are buying French manufactured goods in huge quantaties, and a shortage is expected soon. Many American merchants have turned their eyes to France, now that trade with Germany has become impossible. The US hopes that a trade-alliance with France will now be agreed upon as soon as possible.

The recent hostilities made by the The German Kaizer has astonished the French government . France has made some counter actions. German vessals can no longer sail through the Channel. It is now impassable for the Germans and no longer a throughfare. This is something the British government has to respect. The French-American fellowship:love2: will continue to make sanctions like this until they stop their agressive behaviour. From now on the Germans are restricted to go all around Great Britain. If German ships are in the bay of Biscay at the end of their turn, they will be destroyed. France will give the Germans one month to withdraw their ships. The French coast guard are on its highest alert .

The German amassador to Paris is expelled to Germany. Not only because of the German agression, but because France has reasons to belive that the ambassador is mixed up in a economic fraud. He was cought with 200 000 franc in his suitcase while he was talking to a well known criminal in Paris. He could not explain where the money came from. This kind of disgraceful attitude is unacceptable ! The ambassaor is now unwanted in France.

France hopes that these latest tentions will not develop to a full scale war. Be reasonable!

Throughout the country 'We love the President" celebrations are held, to honour U.S.Grant, who has foreseen the treacherous plans by the Germans. Although traders on Wall Street were sceptic on the actions the administration took against German traders, and pressed hard on the President not to harm the interests of the Financial world, they have now been silenced by the unprovoked actions Germany has excecuted on British soil, and probably elsewhere in the world as well.
Reliable sources have told reporter B.Woodward Sr. that it has been Vice-President G.R. Van Veen, popular known as Germanos, who convinced the security counsel that Germany could not be trusted, and that the US should stand firm on German violations of US territory and its blocking of Washington Harbour. These sources have also been ble to put their hands on Top Secret Intelligence that clearly shows Germany was about to invade the US as well.
Following the news in the Times of London an emergency meeting is in progress at the White House. The reporters of this newspaper have strong indications that a formal declaration of war on Germany is being discussed there. It seems very likely more militairy action against the Germans will follow, untill the threat of German agression is eliminated.

The german kaiser today steped down in an unprecendet move, astonishing the german people.
"I have failed my people. It is time for me to go."-Quote end.
The old man killed himslef some hours after issuing this statement.
Following this move, massive demonstrations started all over Germany and it´s colonies.
As the Kaiser left no apparent heir, the Reichskanzler has assumed temporary office.
"We wish for nothing but peace. These are the terms we impose upon ourselfes to reach a peace agreement with all enemies:
1. All military units except for 1 garrioning unit in each city will be dispanded immediately.
2. All german colonies, that is german southwest africa and german indonisia, will be handed over to a country which is to be declared by our enemies.
3. Germany will not maintain a standing army for 20 years.
4. Germany will not wage war for 20 years.
5. All trade embargoes are hereby canceled.

Germany´s people wish for nothing but peace.

The President has issued the following statement after the emergency meeting held early this morning:

Fellow Countrymen,

It seems that the threat of war has been thwarted: The German Kaiser has left office, and the US welcomes the steps the Reichskansler has announced.
We send our condolances to the German people and the Government on the death of their Kaiser, who has done well for Germany in the many years of his reign. Alas he was not able to understand the many changes that took place in the last decade.
We hope that Germany will now look for a new and modern form of Government, since no heir to the Throne is present. Maybe the Germn people will find comfort in the fact that the US has thrived under a republican administration. A similar Union of German Lands may find new confidence and wealth, and a respectable role in the world.

The threat of the German Imperial Navy and Army has caused huge investments in American Forces, money that could have been spend on the wellfare of US-citizens as well, especially in the appalling health-care system. Therefore the US will invite the rulers of France and Britain to a joint meeting, so that a fair devision of German possesions will be achieved, and fair compensation for suffered losses and investments is established.

France hopes that their new leader, the Reichskanzler, will do a better job than the Kaizer. France welcomes their new leader for negotiations to prevent war on European soil. We demand that these new terms for a peace-treaty will have immediate effect. France, together with United States of America and United Kingdom will discuss the final solution. The US, who was so heartwarmed by French support in the trade crisis, supports French claims on German possesions, since it is clear French support has brought down the German Kaiser as well as US and UK militairy action has, and have cleared the way for a peacefull German Government.

The British Government is pleased to accept Germany's generous terms. The extent of the consessions that Germeny is willing to make proves that her new government is more peace-loving then the old one.

Although Russia has not been particularly vocal on this matter, it should be noted that I had given Emperor Napoleon III my word that if this dispute were to lead to open land war between France and Germany, Russia would commit to total land war against Germany as well, no matter what the consequences. Considering the risk involved in my reaction to this situation, just what do you think Russia is entitled to? As I see the German empire is being carved between all involved parties, the least I ask for from Germany is for my slavic brethren be liberated from Austrian opression once and for all, a goal which would be met by the ceding of Belgrade to the Russian Empire.

Disturbing reports have leaked from the Russian Ministry of Defence: Russia is on a road of war and conquest. Several sources inside the department have given proof of battle-analasys taking place in the highest echelons of the Russian militairy, including the Tzar himself. This reporter contacted his sources after the news was announced last month of the Russian decleration of war by Russian Conscripts to the peacefull merchants disembarking in Russia.

This reporter has established that socalled ‘wargames’ have been conducted under the codename ‘Pre-WW I’. The full meaning of this codename is to be revealed later in this article. In this wargame, a Russian conquest of Germany is simulated. It is thought Russia will first take over control of the French government (by which means remains elusive), and then launch a two front attack on Germany. Some quotes that were heard in the simulation room:

After realizing that Germany has almost no trench systems defending its cities, Russian generals demanded that they be allowed to strike Germany immediately while it was still weak. Czar Darius was quoted as saying, "yeah, why not."

It is thought that the weakness which is refered to, will be the situation after a demilitarisation of Germany, as currently being discussed by the US, UK and France. Apparently Russia is also planning to invite the UK in its plan, only to betray them as soon as the situation arises.

Our readers will probably wonder what is so bad about this all. It is clear that Germany violated every international law recently, so who gives a damn whether they will be under Russian rule, french rule or whoever wants them.

Well, this is only stage one of the Russian agression:
In a separate simulation, from which only sparse information could be obtained, Russian Generals under command of the Tzar, are allready plotting attacks on Japan and the US, as can be clearly deduced from the Tzar’s words:

It is common knowledge on the streets of Moscow that King Timbo is a derogative name for the King of the British Empire, King Case I. Now the true nature of codename ‘Pre-WW I’ is revealed: The conquest of Germany is nothing more than a prelude to setting the whole world on fire.

Now this puts the recent declaration of war from Russia to US merchants in a completely different perspective!
