Here's one:

Gangland:

NYC metro area --two cities max each civ. Conquest win. Unite the 5 buroughs. Industrial start, no horses, no settlers. Probably on a huge map, to make the islands really islands and seperated by oceans tiles to denote the various rivers.

It's a BEAUTIFUL scenario for WWIII circa 1990

Seconded. I think Red Storm Rising's world would make a terrific scenario.

If I don't see a well-done WW3 scenario in the next few weeks I'll probably take it on myself, although being my first attempt at creating a scenario, it will likely only serve as a starting point for others.
