Although it isn't particularly elven, you could probably use it for whichever civ contains Lothlorien because of the golden leaves of the tree (which may be the Noldor, I'm not sure exactly how you've worked out the civs). Or like mrtn suggested with Numenor. I don't mind the LOTR discussion in here. I'm eagerly awaiting that release as well.

Sindar and Moriquendi are more forestdwellers, while the Noldor are more "I'm good, and to prove it I'll conquer the world", and the ones most into Smithcraft and such, so this guy looks more like a Noldor IMO.
If I hadn't gotten involved with WoT, I can pretty much guaruntee that's what I'd be doing now. But when I first started posting here, there was already so many people involved with making LOTR mods, scenarios, etc., and no one (or so I beleived at the time) was doing anything for WoT that I figured someone ought to. I started off just by making maps, then worked on a scenario, but the lack of units kinda lit a fire under me to get going and start making my own.
In other words, and in answer to your question, I would have liked to but now I'm to involved with WoT to jump ship.
