whear are the ini files?

sorry to again bug you, but, is the ini file right? Because when I went to start a game, (make a game to test it) after I chosen my civs, I got this:

You have to do the following things:

1.When you added your unit into the editor you had to enter into the civpedia entry: PRTO_your_units_name
2.You have to type that into the ...CIV3PTW\CIV3PTW\Text\Pediaicons.txt by creating a new section at the animations like this: #ANIMNAME_PRTO_your_units_name and with an enter the .INI file's name (which have to be the same as the unit folder's name)
i.e: for the roman cavarly, the auxilia:
#ANIMNAME_PRTO_Auxilia
Auxilia
