How do I add new unit pictures to the technologies in the tech tree?

Can you clarify what you mean by unit pictures to the techs in the tech tree? Are you getting black or squares for unit pictures, or something else?

If your units have an associated .pcx image, they should appear in the tech they are associated with in the tech tree unless if the civ doesn't have access to those units, in which they won't show up.
