Indeed -- the "chu-ko-nu", a REPEATING crossbow, made entirely of bamboo, which could fire 12 bolts in ~15 seconds*.

*If anyone's been following the thread re: bamboo as a strategic resource, this is yet another reason ...

kinboat, I wish to learn the art of creating units, teach me the art master hehe:D

Which is why I prefer to use the Otomo units for the Koreans.

I may not be right all along, but they could use a little flavor. ;)

Kinboat, you should give the Man-at-Arms his own thread. :)

Now that you are releasing all your Native American units people should use the Man-at-Arms and the NA units in the Age of Discovery Conquests Scenario. That's what the those units were meant to be used for after all. :)

Holy mackerel!!!:splat:

HAHAHA.

Kinboat, I am a new civver, having recently purchased Civ3 and C3C; but everytime I come to this forum and discover a thread with mods like yours, I feel like Santa is giving me a new game everyday. :santa:

Whoa!!!

HAHAHA, Kal-el, I'm rollin' high now.

:rotfl:

Thanks!:thanx:

I wish I could name all the great unit makers here, but I can't there are too many to remember. Too bad I'm going to have to figure out who made what when I release my mod. I would prefer to gve credit where credit is due. :goodjob:

These are amazing, the Kensai attacks are ingenious.

joeskip: Welcome to CFC! :wavey:

For future reference, bumping old threads, especially to simply say words of congratulations, is considered inappropriate.

I have read the questions from the other threads and this would probably be best if made into a separate thread on the main Creation forum rather than bumping the old threads. There are plenty of people who would be glad to answer any and all questions you have. :)

Whatever happened to the upgrade that was mentioned to the Man-at-Arms?

Ah yes... I think you're talking about the Civil War era pistolier. Well I haven't gotten around to it but it is on my long list of things to do if the world ends and I have an eternity in purgatory to work on these things :D

I might find time for it before then though.
