Looked into the specs:
-You have to pay if you want access to the additional "zones".
-The people at tech support are super rude.
-Sound tracks pretty good most of the time.
-The weather FX can be really intense sometimes.
-Have you seen the water? it looks so real!!!!
-Pvp rules are really complicated.
-Lack of a Respawn.
-Leveling speed in this game is terrible.
-The in-game currencies are mind boggling.
-Some of the factions are horribly designed.
-The server and database architecture are terrible... Hope the server doesn't crash!
-Having to suck up to a faction leader to increase your pay.
-The science career track is a real sausage fest.
On the plus side... The game is completely mobile! You aren't tied down to a desktop!

sex is unlockable in the normal course of the game, but you do need to get quite a few skills up to high levels. But is you can't be bothered with that there is a mod called "cloroform" it works ok, but if the mods notice you using it they ban you for a rediculous amount of time

There is also hookers. If you want, you can have sex with them and kill them afterward to get your money back!

Ive been playin it for a while. Ive only hit level 17. I wouldnt bother with it - the quests you get up to this point are really repetitive.
Another problem is that this is heavy on RMT. And I mean heavy. Without bein willin to spend some cash, your character will likely die pretty quickly. And theres no respawns, and they trace you, so you can only reister for one account. And the rules are pretty strict: all the fun stuffs banned, and if you do it anyways, you et banned for a ridiculous amount of time.
EDIT: Also, the visuals arent as nice as youd expect, an HD tv has better resolution.

Yeah but the trading in-game is pretty much unlimited. Stores have literally anything you want (for a price)!

The most worrying thing about is game is that, different from World of Warcraft, if you lead a normal life in there, you shall always die around level 70-100 and your spirit can't find your body again because it's buried six feet under the ground. Then you need to return the game, and, depending on what you chose to believe throughout that RPG life, pick a different game.
This is terrible, because if you do things that make you feel good, you will die even earlier than that.
Plus with the low health system. There's many infections that kill you slowly, and sometimes even falling down can destroy your HP!
EDIT: I didn't realize, but this is my one hundredth post! Argh! Why this thread!?
