May become +-3 the next months ...

Tomorrow would be nice. But do you really want buggy release dates?

10 achievements? Last time the two DLCs had 13. Are they still only on DLC03 and not DLC04? Seems a lot of achievements for just one new DLC. Maybe this is a bigger one.

A new leader is 1 achievement, right?
A new civ is (with the leader inclduded) 2 achievements.
A scenario might be up to 8 achievements, depending on how many faction there are (vikings and jadwiga's legacy were 3 each).
Maybe some other new things in relation with new city states? Or two scenarios? Or two civs, like the Spain/Inca double pack we had with civ V? Anyway, this looks bigger than each of the first two DLCs.

That would be amazing, lets hope for a nice patch and two new civs plus Scenario. Spain/Vietnam. Vietnam is looonnngg overdue

I doubt they would combine a new leader for Spain with Vietnam in one DLC though. Hard to argument why does two should come in one package.

I dont care what you buy... if they did care then they would communicate or try to get patches out quicker. Maybe they just have inept coders working for firaxis. IDK But I do know that if they wanted to they could fix all the bugs and release a thing called HOTFIXES. This is 2017, not 2000. I dont particularly care for the game anymore nor Firaxis.

I wanted to play Civ 6 aa soon as I could, even if it was buggy.
Are you trying to deny everyone that choice?

I picked the 16-23 based on things seeming to come on the "monthiversaries" of the original launch. But with more variance due to the weekend. I am leaning more towards the 23rd because the DLC03 depot was introduced on Jan. 23rd.

I am surprised that there are so many Achievements for one DLC. My original expectation was Isabella leader plus a scenario plus a few small bits. Now I need to ruminate more on this.

Exactly, while I know there are issues, I love the game, everything about it and play often. I wouldn't change it any other way. I hate how so many people post nothing but negative comments about the game. I really serves no purpose at all. If you hate the game simply don't play it and stop whining about it already. Leave the boards.

Anyways, back on topic. I do agree with you Siptah, it doesn't make logical sense at all. I just really would like to see it included but I know there other civs that need to be in first.

It'll be interesting what they name it.
Winter 2017 patch? -> next being Spring 2017 in 2-3 months
Or
February 2017 patch? -> hopefully monthly patch releases to follow

My longstanding expectation about the Isabella DLC was that it would look like the Poland because they would compare the marketability of Leader DLC vs Civ DLC. This seems to have more to it than that. We should consider the possibility that this isn't Isabella.

I think new and interesting southeast asian civs would be in high demand and a vietnam civ (or a khmer civ for that matter) would sell nicely as DLC or in an expansion. The poster suggests Spain as next DLC though (or if we accept mistakes in the poster lineup: Portugal).

Maybe there's an achievement coming up that is AI-controlled only: Capture a walled city.

(sorry)

I'm still leaning towards Isabella's Spain + surprise Inca + Conquest of the New World type scenario.

No doubt there are many who would buy a SEA civ DLC (including myself), but I expect Genoa or perhaps Persia before that. Genoa is in the build files, although it could be a misplaced city-state. Persia was reported in the media build files, although not confirmed by secondary sources.

Ohh I agree. Also I think Khmer, Vietnam, Singapore or a better version of Indonesia would be great. I personally would like to see new and exciting civs appear instead of the redone over and over again old ones. Although, I suspect I am a minority.

Portugal done right would be neat. I am honestly suspecting two new civs here. Its just a feeling

With this many achievements it looks like 2 new civ's with the DLC + 1 or 2 scenarios. It might even be 2 new leaders for existing civs, + 1 or 2 new Civs, + scenario including these civs. Here's hoping. Great timing btw. I just got 100% achievement yesterday. Last ones were Win with Pericles, and Info era Start.

if its 2 new civs AND a scenario, its probably one containing both civs. But dont forget anyway, that citystates also might add one achievement each.

It's weird though, to have a game of the great civilizations of the world, and put in small ones from history while leaving out big ones. So you're never going to get all that many new and exciting civs. A few per game, most likely.

The best possibility, imho, would be a Persia (or Ottomans) and Mongolia pack. This is very much unlikely, but together with the Inca these are the biggest remaining hold outs (Carthage close behind). Interestingly, I can't recall a city state (please correct me if I'm wrong) from any one of these three.
