It made a difference though...I have a crash mid-game when playing the Aztecs... I hope it will be fixed soon...Good that you automatically send your bug report to their support team...
If only there was another course of action you could take, you could save yourself that $5.
Luckily, there are some deep thinkers here who might come up with something, eventually.
If the patch drops today. No idea when it happens but just say "if".
Will i be able to roll back to an older version and continue my current game as Japan?
Anyone got experience with this?
Still about 6 hours to go till science victory, and i`m placed on a very interesting continent at current game.

The last time it took over a week from the first Steam DB activity indicating a DLC/Patch was coming until it was actually released. I would say you have at least that time. I'm not sure if the patch would be backwards compatible with saves.
Wooo! Then we also get another 20% higher science and civic costs in the endgame, meaning we'll already be at some 150% total cost, nearly half of what the most-used mod (8 Ages of Pace) uses for balanced gameplay!
Sorry. That was really negative. The game's actually fun, but right now there really are a few mods required.

Well, the good news is that there is a decent chance that Isabella's ability will be naval or exploration focused, since Phillip already has the religion focus.
They said they would provide PC/Mac cross-platform play when the initial patch cycle is complete, so I suspect another patch will come out at the same time so the platforms are in sync.
The netherlands would be a good pick for a dlc. We have multiple possible naval units and wonders. Also it would be nice to see a nation which might focus on trading/money in a big way
It is very likely to be Isabella. She is the last portrait on the leader poster. All others have been accurate.
We know that:
Full civ + scenario = $5
Scenario + 6 city-states + 3 natural wonders = $5
I predict this one will also cost $5 and include a scenario, and will also include the Terra map as well as a few other small goodies, maybe natural or world wonders, since a leader should count as less than a full civ.

Do you mean by the Terra map a larger Earth map? I've been playing on the Standard Size earth map and enjoying it. The continent bonuses make more sense.

I expect by Terra he means something like in V, where all civs start on one continent, and there is a separate continent to be discovered later, that can be expanded onto.
