Next patch anticipation thread

When the December patch was about to come out they were updating QA builds daily. They only did it twice this week, so I would say it is still in the offing.

My guess is February 23rd, one month after they activated the DLC03 depot and began the QA builds again.

May be an update called "Valentine" (so mid-Feb)

Thank you very much. Likely to get Isabel and maybe some updates to the game. To be honest, they could charge 20 if it contained the SDK for the game and I would buy it.

Don't give them any ideas. Paying for patches shouldn't be acceptable. Paying for modding tools would be counter productive and goes against the idea of modding in the first place (unpaid modding that is).

We should only be paying for actual new content and expansions.

They are working on stuff, they said that in the live stream. They also mentioned the SDK and other things, but only said that they are working on those things. No release schedule or anything concrete.

I like the confirmation, that they are working now on modding tools. So that is not just an "interesting idea" or "would be nice to have" ...
I doubt, they make this explicit statement and then dare to not deliver it.

Judging by the current discussion, a new tomorrow might be just coming.

The day we will have a new patch.
The day we will pay up for a new Civ.
The day that people that bought the Deluxe Edition will rage again because they feel cheated.
The day when we will bash again at the devs for breaking new things and not fixing the AI.
The day we'll once again say that it's all fault of the 1UPT
This forum will once again be divided between those that loves it or hates it.

Only played civ 6 for about hundred hours at the moment.
Would have played a lot more if i could not push the AI around that much in combat.
2 against one would have been acceptable but currently it is way worse.
Hopefully the next patch will be usefull for me. At least make me play the game again.

We can always ask wheter there is going to be a patch tomorrow. If we get no patch, we just ask the question again. There is always another tomorrow.

And if there isn't... Well, by that time even we wouldn't care about the next Civilization patch anymore.
