Put me down for a $40 on that, hahahHard to say. They've been doing daily qa updates for the past 2 weeks and working till 6pm EST the past few nights. Either A) They get the qa build updated in the next hour, B) everyone dropped what they were doing to go home, or C) the patch and DLC are tonight.
I'm going 45/45/10 on those odds at the moment. I will revise them if nothing happens in the next hour.
The patch notes are the best.Looks like some people are hyped for a patch that nobody knows what it will contain nor when it will be released. Strange world.
I mean we all paid good money for this game. I for one would like to play it and be able to enjoy it. I DO enjoy it now to an extent but not enough to buy expansions or DLC. I may never even load it back up again which is a real rip off. I want to be challenged...Some people are also disappointed about a patch that nobody know what it will contain nor when it will be released, so...![]()

Maybe my time with gaming is coming to a close
It is still a video game at the end of the day. Designed by regular American workers who worry about things like their 401k, buying iPhones, NVIDIA cards and providing for their loved ones. They aren't sacred products to be presented to an individual in hopes of meeting their specific demands. It's a game, relax, have a little fun with it and take it for what it is. Criticism is fine, but I find being constructive in said criticisms will make you a lot happier than throwing your hands up in frustration expecting the game to meet some dogmatic demand for your needs. There are plenty of ways to have some fun with this game and make it challenging in your own way. If that fails, then it fails, let it be.
Enjoy the fact we can all relax and have some anticipatory excitement (and anxiety) over some new stuff that will be a part of a video game we enjoy or want to enjoy.
That being said, I am thinking next week but will check back in a few hours to see if anything is moving. All my Mods will probably do weird things with the patch anyway, so I don't know why I am looking at the clock. Now if only those modders will take the weekend off and get things done so I can be happy![]()
Oh my, they are really working long hours today. oO (Update on qa_b)
It is 7pm there now.Yeah they are, what time would it be over where they are working?
I know! I was there! ...in Fallout. I hope it's actually not a raider infested ruin. Yet.Actually, they are in town just outside Baltimore; Bethesda is just over the DC line.
I'm pretty sure of that.I wonder if they are reading this.

Lowers. So, I'm gonna start a new game now, as a weekend patch is even less likely. You're not the only one who's knowledge of DC geography comes entirely from a post-apocalyptic videogameSo, wise oracles of the patch thread, do we think these late updates to the QA builds raise or lower the probabilities of an imminent patch?
