Next patch anticipation thread

I probably missed it somewhere deep in the pile, but does anyone know what the 2kqa_d designation is for? I see it hasn't been updated in two months.

A second civ has been mathematically eliminated from this DLC.

Australia has 2 achievements
the scenario has 6
and Uluru has 1

That leaves 1, which is too few for a full civ.

Plus, the way they said that the next DLC has 2, implies that this one doesn't.

I can almost put money one it that its a Mod achievement of some sort.

I honestly don't think we will get another DLC in 60 days. Civ 5, had a few out and then stopped for like 6 months If remember right. I think our next dlc will be July

They used 4 different builds to test the last patch, but this time they only used 3 of them.

I have a question - developer said "Deluxe owners will get Australia dlc for free" - i don't understand this... Does this mean this doesn't count as 3rd DLC for deluxe owners, because if it's 3rd DLC it's not "free" because we already paid for it in the price for deluxe version. Only if it doesn't count as 3rd DLC of the 4 that we paid in the deluxe deal can we talk about "free" DLC.

But did every natural wonder from the base game have one? (Also, I still think Ed said the Uluru was free with the patch, can anyone confirm/deny this?)

My hope is the last achievement is Isabella, but that seems less likely now. I don't know what else it could be though. I doubt it is mod-related since that is patch stuff, not DLC stuff.

I haven't had much time to think about the next DLC, but I'm betting it will be out in 2 months like they have been doing and it wouldn't surprise me to see Genoa. A good match for Genoa would be Isabella, but also the Ottomans.

i think he was just unclear and meant included with the deluxe version.

yes, Ottomans and Genoa would be a nice fit.

I think he mangled that. He probably meant that you won't have to pay for it, since you already did.

Apparently someone on the Civ Reddit did some digging in the game files and found out that there is code for Macedonia and Persia, along with Australia, Poland and other base Civs, however it dose also mention "Greece" and "Greece_Gorgo" but no "Spain_Isabella"

It is entirely possible that they dropped Isabella after the poster was made.

But to have ALREADY, 2 Greece civs, then you add to it another Greek city state of Sorts, Macedonia. To me doesn't make sense at all. That is way overkill to me. Persia I can understand. I would really smh at that logic.

Especially when you add to it the Variety they have added already. From Aussy and Poland. Just don't get that logic. Although id like Persia eventually, just wait for expansion. There are other civs plus more that could be thrown in for unique flavor before Persia. hell, instead of Persia Mix it up and do Iran/Iraq/Saudia Arabia
