As of now, founding F4 is defeated by a narrow margin:
LN Settler, keep building roads - recommended by the duke
Road Plains W W of RC (N of LN) - one of MonkE's Trade Roads

The polls stay open Saturday, maybe even Sunday...

RC-Elysium trade routes notes:
We can receive a road bonus for one of the routes by building a Hides caravan (demanded by RC) in GG, rehoming in Elysium, and sending it to RC. Building road on the plains N of Little Nemo will finish the route. Presently, each trade route started between RC and Elysium should add 4 trade arrows to both cities.

As long as the roads are built, the path looks good to me, but the additional trade should only be 3 per city. It rounds down. It will, however, be lower once RC drops out of WLTLD. Which I think it will happen before the caravan is even built. Then it looks to be around 2 per city.
 
Additions to Plan for Next Turn:

Jayne moves in about 24 hours. It would be good if more people carefully considered then voted immediately in the Chryshe poll, or any other poll as well.

F4 appears delayed at this point, and I also regret to report that REGIA CIVITAS might build a Warrior as police, not Archer. Current REGIA CIVITAS poll results: move serf to Road, hire Elvis soon, finish Library in 3, build Warrior Police, resume Celebration, then build Marketplace.
$Spend a bit on F3 Caravan, and move serf to Forest in 2 turns.
Civvium to build a Temple as planned.

In the absense of any further input, I recommend to Our Queen that Reneaux build a Temple, and that the Reneaux Settlers dash East to the North Whale Point site in Boreum, meet the OP Archer there to found a new great city.

Further, MD Settlers to found G2NE adjacent to 3 Forest in 1 turn, serf on River Bend Shield, start a Settler. Named Neuma?

In Audience w Queen Jayne, it appears agreed to split off the Chariot, and keep the Diplomat with the Legion. This is really a call by our Military Advisor, though.

If you think anything otherwise, or more specific, would be best, please vote and/or post.

Except maybe that the buying of a caravan sounds a bit daft, or do we need to rush to build something else, afterwards?
 
I never intend to rush buy the caravan, or anything. Just IPRB $11 here, $4 there or such, to gradually reduce how many turns to complete it. Plan ahead, spend gradually. Once we get to Settlers=40, then the city will finish production normally on its own, no waste at all. The Wine caravan will then walk up to RC, and be rehomed there. Then down the road to Elysium, which demands Wine.
 
As of late Saturday night, the Chryshe poll results are split exactly 50-50 for all 4 cities, with relatively low voter turnout. The will of the people is unclear at this time, but some some consensus may emerge in the next hours. Queen Jayne, you may be left to your own good judgement.

Personally, I don't feel strongly about most of the city choices, but there are 3 things worthy of mention.

1) Prepare Reneaux for growth. Build a temple. Road the oasis. Mine the wine - this gives a good boost to both production and trade.

2) Found River City (R4). This is an important interior city, not merely a filler. It will be a thriving size 12 city without borrowing any land squares.

3) Expand into the northlands ASAP.
 
Recommendations for Boreum:

Marl Downs to start Temple after completing Settler. This
settler to be used for roading.

Mordhemia to start Archer after completing Settler. Settler
to join Archer from Octavia's Pt., and found B1.

Octavia's Pt. to start Settler after completing Archer.
 
This file might be of some use for you. It's an excel file that calculates the caravan payoff for you. It is based on a post made by Samson at apolyton.

Since I can't upload excelfiles here i renamed it *.txt just change it into excel format and it'll work.

This is my first post in this forum and I'll try to sign up for this demo-game, :)
 
Chofritz! Nice to see you here! I grabbed the file, renamed to xls, and it comes up -- now we need to study it. Jayne moves within 12 hours, so please help us with our next move! Your comments will be fully considered by our multitude.

Governors decisions look ok to me. Question is the Reneaux Settler. Looks like MonkE's keeping it to Road Oasis and Mine Wine, and Serutan is Sending Mord Settler up to B1. That is a coordinated plan, hence I approve. Reneaux Temple.

Is R4 where I have been talking about it, SE of Forest?

Queen, Citizens, wondering about anything else? I may have a bit more time in 4 hours...

A few risky ideas of mine, perhaps posted elsewhere...
MD Phx NE onto Road, Serfs work both Roads, Settler in 4 turns.
CJ Phx NE up River, 2 Serfs working, IPRB=30 $16, there may be real trouble here completing Settler. Perhaps forget it and build Archer, not sure about polls & Governor's plans...

MD Settler move NW one, found G2NE on Pure Green adjacent to 3 Forest,
  Serfs to River Bend, start Settler.

Think Safety, Hunter Coverage, Temples, Archers, Caravans, RC Celebration, and Cop's. We really need Mike's badly.
