Use caravel south of Khorsabad to pick up GG warrior in Khorsabad and dip on pole. Go to Bactra and forify warrior on the hill then start revealing Bactra Island coastline taking care not to miss any land tiles! If you spot a bargain, and you think it's safe - bribe it!

Question: What do people feel about spending the extra to subvert a town rather than incite a riot? Do the benefits justify the money?

6 Caravels 940AD

CS near Lahore: back N NW to pickup wandering Archer, before it irritates the Indians. Then sail along the coast and drop it on a Mtn, to scout our chosen Whale Site. On Indian Peninsula, W W 3SW of LC. Also unfortify Elysium Legion that is vacationing in Hip, walk to CS, ship it to join Archer. Generally Caravans are coming, which need to be delivered to India. Keep this Caravel as a Ferry.

BFL Ferry with Beast Flats Silk: proceed N to clear Black Ocean, then deliver van to RC, then back to Beast Flats for next Van.

Others grab South Polar Dip, Deliver troops to Viking Land, Ferry Archer to Indian Peninsula, or come back for Dip Captain.

GG Wine near RC: Rehome in RC, deliver to Lahore Demand (D)

It's good to have a Spotless reputation, so subversion is worth something when not at war with the "target" civ. I wonder if the Indians would be so friendly if our reputation were not so Spotless.
 
Might I suggest waking up the diplomats near routskilde and fort anarchy for transportation to Viborg?
We need to steal their units and cities.

The second unit should definately be a diplomat, as this will not drain resources, will still stop bribes, and will bribe Indian units nearer to their cities for NONE support!
I suggest holing them up in the S mountains, or on the nearby squares diagonal from cities (ie a dip can get in, but they cant kick us out without building more cities.)

Great idea to send a Dip to India. Here is a refinement on how to do it.
I'd like to keep the FA Guard Dip, also the guard near Routskilde. They are vital units of our Dip Guard Net.
We have Spare Dips hiding in Civvium and Udal!

Jayne and I planned a Diplomat Shuffle, TFalls to GG, GG to LC, LC to ship. Further, the Dip hiding in Civvium is available.
We could ship the Udal Dip to Vikings, but we already have one in Viborg (which might Bribe a Viking Horse, $cheap, then Leo upgrades it for us!) Let's station the Udal Dip on Dellham Hill, as a guard for Udal Dellham and Reneaux. A network of Dip Guards is crucial to safety.

Just to be clear, we are switching Ren production from Caravan to Knight. The Ren War Unit was killed in action last turn, and the population of Ren want Revenge!

We are building several specially chosen Markets. I do not consider this authorization to build Markets everywhere. MD in progress, and next regular start in Civvium, CJ, Reneaux.
