I'm only playing GnK on prince but I'm keeping the save anyway. Istanbul fell around turn 14.
I love lucky starts like this though, just stumble into the right barb hut and everyone is just right there. I was planning to go for a CV but this could also be a quick and easy domination win.

I see another civ up there ...if this is Continents, might as well take out everybody on your continent before anyone from the other continent sees you.

Yeah this was on continents and it was Kamehameha.. I went after him, but Siam was in the clouded area to the west of Washington and he declared on me.
By the time I diverted my forces and went down to take Sukhothai he had spammed out 2 or 3 cities and built the Great Wall. I also got beat to Petra and Chitzen Izta, I should have built more workers early I think.
Now I'm just trying to get happy and get to dynamite so I can finish taking the continent.
