Nifswap deforms mesh

Take a look at the attachment. Anyone knows why this happens? I worked a lot on this mesh, and I don't want to lose it!

Strangely enough, only the parts that were originally Alexander (head, armor, upper arms and hands) are actually deformed. The bracelets have only the first row of vertices deformed because I linked them to Alexander's arms.

You could try to reimport the nifswapped leaderhead in Blender, that might fix the problem. Otherwise you could try this before exporting the mesh from Blender:

Merge all the meshes, import Alexander again, merge your modified leaderhead mesh with that Alexander mesh, unmerge it again, put your modified mesh at the position the Alexander mesh is, delete the Alexander mesh and the old skeleton of your modified mesh and separate your modified meshes again if desired.
