No more stupid search for teachers in towns

I added another usefull page (in my opinion). On this page you can see in which city you can teach which profession.

The only limitation is (at the moment), that you have to assign at least on trainee to the school for one turn. Then all the teachable professions are shown. If you upgrade training institution the new teachable professions are shown automatically.
