No Server List in Next War

So, I do the following:

1. Boot up Civilization IV: Beyond the Sword via Steam.
2. Go to Advanced => Load Mod => Next War.
3. Let Next War load.
4. Go to Multiplayer => Internet => Login.
5. Refresh List displays no servers.

Some more information: I run Windows 7, General Internet Security, and I am behind a router. I have tried Port Triggering with the ports listed on this page:

http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Asus/WL-500GP/Civilization_IV.htm

Both of my friends could view servers, they both run Windows XP. The host is not behind a router, the one who joined is. He did not have to add these ports to the port forwarding list.

Any help? Steam is useless, doesn't have a forum for this game.

I found the problem. I used Steam to revalidate my game files and it found 14 corrupted files. At least if anyone else gets this problem they will know what to do.

Thanks for letting us know, so few of us run through Steam that we find it hard to help when someone has a problem.
