My tank has 70 of basic strength. It was modified to 94.5 (+20%/flanking +15%/open terrain).
But it should be 105 with 15% more bonus from lightning warfare tenet. The unit has the promotion but combat modifier does not count it.
Save file was compressed and attached.
EDIT : Found to be not a bug. "+15%/open terrain" itself is lightning warfare bonus. I was confused because I've thought lightning warfare must have unique promotion name but it shares same one with Shock promotion.
EDIT : For a rough terrain, "rough terrain attack bonus" is displayed. It's flexible.
