I get lots of those here and on numerous other sites.
Also, I sometimes get Rogers ads in chinese for some reason

They all seem to be served by admaster.cc, an AI ad platform that uses AI to generate ads

I do see online gambling ads a lot, so I'm pretty sure these are just a common ad type in general.
