The reason for a turn chat is simple. WAR! If war is declared on us, we have two options. Make everyone look at the save again and re-post instructions OR have a turn chat where we make SPOT decisions. I believe the latter would be faster!

None of the proposals outlaw turn chats. None of us is saying we should neer have turn chats. Many of us seem to think they will neither be needed nor as enjoyable as some find the SP demogame chats, since only once turn can be played. It comes down to a question of whether we want to require turn chats for every turn. That may mean a turn chat every day! We're entering new ground in this game and we will have to expiriment a little to get things set. Right now I think it's important to get a constitution accepted so we can form a government.
I am official putting all the votes for my proposal into Donsigs. We have been talking and we have come to an agreement. Our proposal were identical except for a few minor points which we have Ironed out. As team captain I am making this official. I will either start nominations today (If I have time) or tommorow.

do we have any time left? we'll only have one day for nominations, at the most. then we have to elect people, then they have to start working, in a matter of days.
