its not wether I like it or not ;) , some like my work, some don't, just want to give every a good look at what we all can do :) But you're right, we won't rush it :goodjob: we'll get you added ASAP ;)

I was wondering if anything could be done with this image as a prospective avatar:

I'd like to include as much of the vertical length of it as possible but the narrow width kinda works against it...
 
Well, one solution is to simply keep the photo proportional. In this case I can take it down to 45X65, which will be within the requirements.

Well, prompted by this thread, I've just incorporated my own avatar. I wonder if there's any consensus on colour choices. I note that L's quite subdued compared to some others, mine included. Perhaps understatement is the way to go?

That's a good thought. I think I'll play with the sizing this weekend, I might trim a bit off the bottom in order to make the image a bit easier to see. In the meantime I'll use a standby. Thanks for the help!:goodjob:
 
I was wondering if someone could help me.

I want to try to make this pic into my avatar and I can't figure out how to resize it to the correct size(I feel like an idiot asking this after I have read how to, but???)
