Very humble request to the graphics gods. Please advise if sacrificial virgins are required.

I'd like an eagle (the one on the back of the dollar bill, grasping olive branch + arrows) with the US flag shield replaced by my attachment.

If this is too complex, tell me I'm psychotic. Would prefer hues of navy blue and white.

Okay to lose the sunburst over the eagle's head and the e. plurbis streamers.

Willing to credit the maker in my signature. Will consider gifting 1st born child.
