The calligraphy fonts I have all are too "thin" they don't show up very well in such a small graphic. Transparent letters were proving to be very difficult as well. I'll keep trying if you'd like.

as for adding it as your avatar you should be able to link it straight from the same place these are linked from (if you'd link the link to the others all you need to do is right click the image, click "properties" and "copy" the "address/URL" that is the link you'll need to have that same image as your avatar. Hope that makes sense.)

you wouldn't happen to have the "original" of that dragon would you? I have a few other dragons that I will work with, just wondering if you have the "original" too =)

ummmm okay which one do you want to use?

actually here's how to use one of the graphics for your avatar (one that's been posted in a "reply")....


1. Right click on the desired image
2. Select properties from the list, this will "open" a box

3. Look for the "Address (URL)"
4. Highlight and copy the "http://www......." link make sure you get the whole "URL"

5. Once you have copied the URL click the "Cancel button"
6. Go to the top of this webpage, click on "User cp"

7. Click on "Edit Avatar"

8. Scroll to the bottom of the page will see a "Enter Avatar URL"

9. Paste the copied URL into the "Enter Avatar URL" box

10. Click "Submit modifications"
And you are done!

Lyonesse, I almost do not dare to ask .....

Read the thread about the avatar you created for WillJ and this one as well: impressive!

If you have some time left I would very much appreciate an avatar with a strong element of "Beam" and if possible some Mr. Scotty in the background as a second layer.

Although I like Startrek I am far from being a Trekkie so don't worry to much about Federation thingies etc.
