Old About Avatar's and How to get one!

I've got a new request, well two actually I guess.

I like my logos now, but here's what I was thinking: Since it's baseball season, I thought maybe the Red Sox logo could be made larger and dominant, with the Niners logo kind of in the back. The second request is just the reverse of that request, with the Niners logo being dominant for football season.

Also, is there any way to make them both a bit flashier? You know, kind of shiny or something?

Better than mine... what program do you use? I have no good image editing program, that was done with IrfanView.

I use Microsoft PhotoDraw. I have it because it were in Microsoft Office 2000 Professional. But I use paint and photo editor (that cames with XP at least) to do the rest of the job mainly because of transparency and conversion of types.

Well since other's already did the resizing of the complete image I went ahead and "cut" the graphic down a bit...

Went for a "drop shadow" here, don't think I like it <shrug>

Looks good. The flashier thing I was thinking came from the "shiny" effect I saw on the Wildfire shields you guys did some pages back. I have no idea how applicable that would be here though.
