old imcome bug still happens from civics

Changing the civics back and forth still leads to different income numbers, e.g. from state church (+34g) to free church(-122g) and back to state church(-98g).
This is an old bug and it is still not solved, even though it is a critical bug.
It destroyed my motivation continue playing on this amazing game.

Does recalculating modifiers put it back to the old number ?
