Orion's Aviation Mod for C2C v18

Finished! I think it's ready to go into C2C!

I deleted, how I said, the buildings, the techs, the units we already have and the resource "Titanium". I looked over the upgrades and changed the strengths so that it fits with the C2C concept.

It would be good if someone could look into it and tell me, if and what I forgot or if everythings fine...

So... ready go to further! :D

Ps. ... it has to be put into the "OrionsMods"-folder. :)

It looks good, in the pedia but I have not yet reached an era to see it in game.

As far as I can see the only thing that is needed now is to remove the art you are not using. Post the new version and I will put it into the SVN.

If I remember correctly OV's Mine warfare mod has some python, mostly for the AI functions. That makes merging slightly more complex.

I was looking through the files and there are some art files that are not needed anymore such as ...

1. "Art/Structures" can all go.
2. "Art/Interface/Buttons/Buildings" can all go.
3. "Art/Interface/Buttons/Categories" can all go.

You should tidy up and remove the earlier versions in the other posts.:goodjob:
 
How much of this Mod has made it into C2C? It might be a good time to revisit it for a second.
 
IIRC all that was left was fixing some of the unit buttons to have the proper boarders and possibly unit balancing.

Which unit buttons? I was under the impression that with the exception of a few glaring balance issues (which I have a plan for) this modcomp was fully integrated.

The following are missing their borders and alpha layers. Thus they look like a square icon/button rather than having rounded corners and a border.

- B1 Lancer
- F111 Aardvark
- F4 Phantom
- F104 Starfighter
- F14 Tomcat
- F22 Raptor
- F18 Hornet

Also all the medic units (except the medic) are missing the alpha layer when they were redone.

Please fix these icon/buttons by applying the border and alpha layer so they will appear to have rounded corners rather than a perfect square. Thanks! :goodjob:
 
@Hydro:

1. GIMP is being very disagreeable about installing on my computer, so I can't make buttons atm, That and the Combat Workers DLL wants to ruin my game as well.

2. Alpha channels were the only things I couldn't do right on the buttons, so I'm pretty sure I can't add ones to existing buttons. Sorry.:blush:
