Orthanc's Creation Thread

Not in the least. This is a fantasy ship, so quit trying to de fantasize it!

Yeah the style's pretty much arabian.

Alright, modelling, animations and sounds are done, just need the civilopedia entry. Spacer One?:D

EDIT: I switched the emblem for my standard striped sails, couldn't find a way to make the deck 'dirty' though, sorry.

^The [Calormen Galley] serves primarily as a slave transport. It is however armed to defend against pirates, and to occasionally make war on the seas.

^The Calormen are possibly the Narnian world's best ship builders. They create ships to inspire fear as they glide across the water, prefering to make war on land. The crew of a Calormen ship is composed eintirely of slaves, the only exceptions being the Captian, and a handful of armed soldiers. The figurehead is made to represent Tash, the Calormen god, and diametric opposite to Aslan.

Kinda weak, I know, but after reading 3 books, I didnt find anything, so I just made it up...

Hey, it's a civilopedia entry, not LOTR (or Narnia in this case). That's great Spacer One, I've put her to sea now, sail here.:D

Now I've got a Torpedo Tank for Star Wars, then alot of boats for Zelda! Fun, fun, fun!

Another request for you lord Orthanc. It's a fictive Incan ship called Solaris from the animated series The Mysterious Cities of Gold. Sails are made with foldable solar panels and solar energy is transformed into mechanical energy to move the oars without manpower. When the sun is hidden, it can use normal sails.

With normal sails I could use that as an Incan Heavy Galleass in my mod, interesting ship...

May have a request for one of the plane-making people thats related to the ship(Mesoamerican WW11 era fighter, based on real model planes found in Mexico...)

Well I'll put those requests in, just remember, it'll take a while to get to them. Both of these ships are pretty neat though.:D

Hey odintheking, any chance of getting an image of the back of this thing?
