Hint: Its the same country who had the 4th largest

government type is under rated in the Modern and
Industrial ages? I personally play a Monarchy gov't
as soon as its researched and usually keep it that way
the entire game. You don't get war weariness and
8 units supported by a metropolis and a good draft rate.******
