Played through, continued the warring and pillaging of various improvements across the countryside. Louis is turtling up and not sending any troops out for me to kill 
I've killed a few stray Incan and Mongol archers though. The only tech trade of the set:
I debated giving Hatty drama to make her stop trading with Cyrus (to stop all of her available tech trades) but I didn't commit to it. It seemed like a waste of a perfectly good tech.
Research-wise, I finished drama, started on music but Mehmed got the GA so I swapped over to construction instead. Finished construction and started up on CS now. I wasn't sure if metal casting was a higher priority at this point.
Hanging Gardens are ours - we may be able to culture flip the two cities now. Khan still is afraid of our enemies, even though we have higher power than Louis now. I think it just needs to be even higher...

Time to make Khan a Vassal.
Made peace with Franch. He still afraid of something.
Made peade with Capac and he capitulated.
Gift him Feodalism/construction.
Order bunch of settlers, but we need a bunch more.
I am confused, why we did not raise barbarian city and resettle on market place. Now we can not pressure capac there, no ligal city cites and we took food tie from potential city cite we need to take.
Very bad decision.
Asked niceslly gold from hatty and she give.
Made some trades. Demanded gold from Cyrus.
On turn 10 redeclared war with Capac and steal 3 worker.
Build 2 workers, but I think we still need more.
Made istake, I was thinking I move cats, but I did not. Loss 4 cats, but kill offending capac stack.
WE need to repillage Capac and I told Khan to attack Machi Puchi.
We need cats to lover it's defences.
Time to get second Vassal.
Tech wise Paper-Education with gold support.

I'm surprised Rheims hasn't revolted yet. Are we just getting unlucky with that city?
So... "fear of enemies" is just affected by other civs you're at war with and not just civs that consider you their worst enemy? That'll be good to know going forward. Huayna shouldn't be too hard to vassalize - or do we not have double land/pop?

One of my bad turns, the city misses also 2 resources.
Btw, why is our state religion Hinduism. Do we want to please some

Yes, Cyrus asked and I agreed, mostly to make a few trades.
We are Philosofy + Paper ahead of everyone right now.
Tech wize we should go in direction of Liberalism(Nationalism)-Mil Tradition-representation then then to democracy.
We should addopt free speach and free religion after liberalism.
Culture pressure is the must. I got Knah hourse for cooper I think.
Gifting Khan to our vassal Cavalry could be the best way to make then take cities I think. Remember, by new rules we are not permitted to kill units inside the cities.
