Patch 1.1.0 Dispersing IP with Boats while Barb in camp

They gave us the ability to disperse IP camps with ships but I think it's bugged. I was able to disperse the camp by just moving a ship of the line next to the camp even though it had a barb in the camp. I hadn't made 1 attack yet.

Sam here....at the moment IP dispersion with ships is completely bugged, you can do it even if there are enemies inside the IP
