I've had several GL's with the new patch... also with non-militaristic civs. I guess you've just been unlucky.

The thread "Firaxis: why is there NO OIL in my game? " has a zipped file to verify this problem. I posted that two days ago and I haven't seen any 'official' response to this problem yet nor have I received any private emails acknowledging the problem.

It is also a huge bug with the city government. When I set him to train attackers only, he still produce defenders like riflemen and infantry, no matter what your setting is. If you changed the setting to only produce defenders, he started to build explorers. I believe this bug appeared after I had discovered military tradition. The bug also disappeared after I got the modern armour. So something happened between those technologies.

Anyone else seeing a problem with great leaders???
Like the game does not give them out with this patch. I am playing a the Romans (militaristic Regent level) I have been at war with one nation or another since the start of the game and have not gotten a GL out of any of the battles. To give an idea of how long this is, I now have cavalry. Has anyone else run into this??
That didn't happen in my game. But i guess that bug is good for people who hate the diplo vivtory because all the civs will vote for themselves making the election inconclusive.Originally posted by friedmad
The United Nations voting is supposed to be between the top 2 civs, but after 1.21 it is no longer limited to the top 2 civs - you can vote for anyone. therefore, each civ gets one vote since they always vote for themselves.

just a small bug with mass movement (j key)
when u move a stack but half the units have already had a go, those units move the next turn .... very bothersome, especially after some are wounded in battle
