But since you're currently the last on the roster (I expect you to play just before me every turn),
there should no issue with you're not being online before friday night.
In the best of worlds, it would arrive just in time for you to play friday night.

I think we should consider the No Acheron option. Whichever player he decides to spawn right next to is going to be hosed.

Personally I am torn as to if I should agree with you or not.

One thing that would be good is to agree if we are going to play for AC or against it.
What I mean to say is that if no one is going to play a faction that profits from the AC we might want to to have one of the AI be Elhonim to keep the AC under control.

I think we should leave the AC option open. Someone could decide to go for it, depending on the circumstances. I just wanted to bring Archeron up. At least when I play, he has an annoying habit of moving in right next door to my first city.

AC is a basic component of FFH2. I think it would be a pity to remove it. Some unbalance and bad (or good) luck add some spice to the game.

As for Archeron, I'm more inclined to open a vote about it, but I vote to keep it.
Just keep your neighborood clean of unchecked barbarian villages.

I agree on the AC. I believe Archeron moves in early enough that you really can't keep him out, but that may depend on difficulty level. On the other hand whoever gets stuck with him would get some very experienced units out of the deal, so maybe it isn't all that bad.
