Crap, I've got a problem. I went away last weekend, and I think I might've left my Civ4 CD at the hotel. It could be a while before I can get it back. So you need to skip my turn, how does that work? It's not like I'm going to lose anything, though, since I've already explored all the land I can get to.

The best way (in terms of keeping everyone with the same information) I am aware of is to have the player before you send the game to an impartial contact (someone not involved in the game) and you providing your password and any instructions to that person to play in your stead.

If you guys don't find a player by the 19th (that's when I'll be getting back from a cruise I'm going on next week), I'd love to join this game. After all, I'm already in a game with Cor and I'm one of the glorious Russians with Azz, Cloud, and Her in the Realpolitik game!!!

I have PBEM experience with CIV and Empire Deluxe. My business keeps me online most of the time, so my turns are completed promptly.
