I discovered there is a general problem: one human players sees -- We would like to, but you have to contact them -- from target AI. But the other human player who is at war with that AI cannot get that AI to talk!!!

And I am pissed because of Calanthean stealing my Liberalism! French thinkers had introduced liberal ideas, not Muslims! Why is this game so impossible to win?
