What can be established:
Axum and Somalia will always be at war due to overlapping core provinces.

Austria and Italy share cores in Northeastern Italy, so that will be a constant war as well.
Kalmar and Finland will always fight Inner Scandinavia.
Russia will always fight states based in the Russian Empire.
