Up until now, I also had not launched any nukes.
However, I now recognise when malevolent mali is about to, by the surreptitious approach of their missile boats.
So, we have nipped that one in the bud with extreme prejudice.

We all watch the borders, sometimes to little avail. Having rarely played the late game against nations my scientific equal, I've learned much about submarine warfare. Masters Ozy and Ruff are very good. If they hadn't gotten so involved in their own war, this game would have ended by now with one of them the victor. Then again if I even knew how to play an end game .......

I was hoping for better odds. It seems like you get 1/1 or 1/2 when you launch nukes on me and I have SDI as well.

Yes it is. Only 20 turns until the game automatically ends. Chas has a big lead on everybody in tech, land, units. He is slinging nukes left and right.
