Pile of Cobblers, an English EU3 AAR

Governor Princescamp: The Governor's Palace in the province of Cairo, Egypt

Ehem. Fixed. It IS egypt we're talking about.

Nice, Governor's Hut.

So I have TWO traitors.

Alrgihty, I send 5000 men to arrest Swein. Also what's the status on the fleet here? How many are loyal?

alright.... you have a total of 25 Loyal Ships, however 8 of them are cogs and of not much use in a naval battle, leaving you 17 Carracks under the command of Nodikus

Junglecutter meanwhile has 17 Carracks as well, I was suprised that they even out but I guess thats how many I can build before shipping them out or something

I'll update tomorrow, however it seems things related to the story will only occur in Egypt and the Isles for the time being

I'll leave the fleet to Nodikus's command, but I would like him to break the rebel fleet against the rocks.

Though preferably capturing rather than sinking.

(OOC: I'm curious as to how you'll work in those rebels who aren't actualy represented as rrebels in game.)

A lot of fighting for me in this update :)

2 PrinceScamp Whoops. Fixed.

It's kind of weird that the battle for the crown is going to be held in some foreign land.

I'm glad that the navies are more or less even, since it might make the story more interesting.

Full sails men! We meet the royalists at dawn

February 12, 1622 (this counts as an update until I figure out whats new in this expansion)
King's Palace, London

The King was quickly woken from his slumber by his diplomacy advisor who was shouting incoherently, he dressed quickly and followed him outside

"sire! look at the sky!" The Advisor shouted

The King looked up, the Normal sky had disappeared and instead turned red, in the centre of it a giant bar floated above them

"I don't like the look of this" The King said staring upwards
"neither do I" said Hitti the magical groundhog "you just broke the fourth wall"

to be entirely honest I didnt believe anyone would read anything that short :p

fixed it

I'm working on it, however since I cant find my CD for Imperial Glory whitch I was counting on to decide the naval battle, I may have to resort to a simple d20

ha, that would explain your conditional application to the D&D thread

oh and now the life of this AAR has been lengthened to 1820

You don't understand, in the current game my character has a fantastic swim score, and every time I rolled the d20 to check it I get perfect one.

The dice hates me!

In my very first ever battle, the person I fought alongside rolled a perfect one and hit me with his weapon! In the face! With a tableleg!

The dice hates me!

Wait until you can decide the proper battles without needing a dice!

eh I cant wait for that D&D game to start up... never played before and kinda interested to see how it goes

but anyway, I'll see what I can do but if I can't find another way to do it by then you may need to sacrifice something to the D20 Deity

I read that there's a belief that d20s have an equal number of 20 and 1 rolls. Every time you roll a 20, you are due in for another 1, and vice versa. So people who roll a D20 several times without a lto of 1s, try to pass the die off to someone else or get rid of it.

coinflip time. Since he is in my Nes, Captain, heads or tails?

heads... if the question you ask is what body part of traitors roll;)

Woah, it's heads

For king and country!
