Only way war happens is if someone talks to half the other players who have DPs and convince them to not honor it. Like I said before...the remaining civs are too civilized to go to war.

I want 100 on Dave mainly due to BCs computer issues.

There are things that work in both their favour so its hard to know for sure but i bet there wont be more than 1 or 2 turns between then in constructing the final ship part.

That's an interesting take on it. I'd say the only ones left are the ones who were successful at war. The civilized ones are dead

That woudl not be me...BUT I know who has a lot of spies running around. I am playing counterintelligence with my 1 spy. And poor planning on my part as to which city has the spy factory. Poor planning is my motto for this game adn its what I plan to avoid in the other games I am playing.
