Countdown to 250: 5
Megapack, Gigapack, Movie Pack 2 updated

Yeah, since Zheng He went on 7 voyages, take it the new cities are discovered on his later voyages :D
Won't have much impact on game performance, since only done onCityBuilt

Hanseatic League
Spoiler :
HanseaticLeague.jpg

Target is to finish 200 Wonders, 50 Projects, so here comes another project.
Done before by The_J, so I just gave it some simple new effects.
Great People boost alone sounds weak, so modify harbors as well.

Countdown to 250: 4

South Pole Expedition
Spoiler :
SouthPole.jpg

Antartic Region defined as 60 to 90 degree South Latitude
Benefits are cumulative:
If team has explored 80%, team gets first 3 benefits.

Countdown to 250: 3

:hmm: interesting. Not sure how to strategically consider this project.

And just checked the download, you need a restriction for building this project, in case the map doesn't have a south pole. Because you can theoretically construct custom maps, which don't go beyond the 60 degree South Latitude (can be set in the WBS file), and I think at least 1 mapscript is cut at the equator.

Hmm forgot about those maps, thanks.
Added restriction, can only be built in maps which go beyond 65 degree South.
I set the restriction higher than 60 since it will be pretty boring if South Pole is just the last row :D

Not sure if below 60 is the exact definition of Antarctic Region by the way, just read abit and use that as definition, so let me know if it isn't :D

P.S.
I like the button, don't change it :mischief:

As we are nearing 250, where I intend to close up Gigapack, it is time to polish some of the existing works, either for performance or to make it shine better.
250 should be my last work, although I may still take on requests when there are new artwork available :D

First Cloned Mammal (Revised)
Old:
Spoiler :
Civ4ScreenShot0008-2.jpg

New:
Spoiler :
Civ4ScreenShot0006-15.jpg

Instead of cloning one every X turn, now it clones 15 at 1 go when completed, no more turn checks for performance.

King Richard's Crusade(Revised)
Old:
Spoiler :
Civ4ScreenShot0007-12.jpg

New:
Spoiler :
Civ4ScreenShot0001-20.jpg

It is still doing the same thing, just that crusaders no longer become outdated units.
Now they become stronger (more combat strength) as era advances.
Ancient: 0, Classical: 4, Medieval: 8, Renaissance: 12, Industrial: 16, Modern: 20, Future: 24
Applies to new and existing crusaders as well.
Since crusaders are much better now:
1) No need of obsolete tech anymore
2) Reduced spawn rate by half, normal speed spawns every 8 turns instead of 4
3) Crusaders no longer upgrade to any unit.

P.S.
No idea why, new screenshots saved at Photoshop now look bigger and clearer :D

White House (Revised)
Old:
Spoiler :
Civ4ScreenShot0001-18.jpg

New:
Spoiler :
WhiteHouse-1.jpg

Instead of a check done every turn, it now checks once only when war declared and that's it.
Changed from relationship bonus to temporary happiness bonus, not too fun when everyone loves each other.

Palacio da Pena
Fixed python bug when no city selected, added a None check

South Pole Expedition
Spelling Fixed, Receives instead of Recevies

Mega/Gigapack
Merged onLoading codes, now it just loops one time through all players searching for the wonders that require this code, rather than once for each wonder
Fixed onLoading codes where indentation for some while loops are wrong

Megapack and Gigapack uploaded
Bug catching exercise carries on :D

Silk Road (Revised)

Old:
Spoiler :
Civ4ScreenShot0021-2.jpg

New:
Refer to Screenshot, Photobucket down

1) Changed back from granting one Silk directly to capital, to planting the source directly on the map.
2) Got rid of checks per turn, and grants gold directly when built. (Includes foreign cities as well)
3) No more obsolete tech as well, yeah

Tianning Temple
Effects:
Grants Religious Promotion to new units built

What's New:
Religious Promotions have been customised, they are no longer the same, giving +10% combat str
Buddhism: Heals 10% in All Terrains
Christianity: 50% Upgrade Discount
Judaism: 2 First Strike
Hinduism: 2 First Strike Chance
Taoism: 15% Withdrawal
Islam: 10% City Attack and Defense
Confucianism: Suffer 20% less Collateral Damage

Palm Islands
Effects: Builds 3 Cities on Artifiicial Islands

Old Requirements:
1) Can only be built by Teams with 3 or less members (Since there are only 3 islands to share)
2) Requires 70% Water Plots

New Requirements:
Can only be built in Coastal Cities
Scrapped the Team Requirement, if built by teams with > 3 members, randomly choose 3 lucky ones

Dunno whats the difference :D
So just choose some random effects, 2 FS better than 2 FSC?

Mission To Mars
Spoiler :
MissiontoMars.jpg

Dunno how you guys will react to this weird project.
Hijacks a Space Race Victory.
Can only be built after someone else launched their spaceship.
Tried to balance the cost, so that it is not too easy to win the race, so open to suggestions, making sure it is possible to win (especially those that are launched without full spaceship items), yet possible only if the city is high productive, and has aluminium, or in golden age.

P.S.
The "Space Race Victory must be Enabled" is a help tag text message, DO NOT use the pre-required victory tag, else if you launched your spaceship, you will not be able to build this project, if you want to, because others launched a better one.
I didn't set Apollo as a pre-requirement since Moon as nothing to do with Mars I guess

Countdown to 250: 2

Oh... could you please add the download link to your posting when you are posting new stuff here? :)

Well, I always add the download link directly on the first page :D
Shouldn't be too hard to find since it will always be added to the last entry
Anyway, that's the last 3rd work already :D
2 more to go to retirement

After some research and testing:
1 First Strike = +1 Min and Max First Strike
1 First Strike Chance = +1 Max First Strike

Thus, Judaism has been reduced to 1 First Strike, while Hinduism is given a new one, 50% more experience :D
Promotions have been extended to Siege Combat Class as well, hmm why was it missing...

you can't retire!!!! You have to get a promotion. To full blown mods :D

I added your Taipei 101 to Ad Infinitum, mostly because completely empty Fiber Optics bugged me.
