I'm a bit lost here. How exactly do i check the diplomatic status between other civs? IE: who like/hates who? Also, where do i find my great general points tally?
and another unrelated question, how come civs that i'm at war with offer pacts of cooperation, despite it not affecting the status of the war between us?
