Doubtfull. Current events show that Zanzibar will proclame it's independance and, because they are pissed for loosing the shortest war in history, they will invade the US. They might not have US technology, but their numbers are great. I give them a 75% chance for a win.

Germany? Nope.
Arab States vs Israel: Most likely option, would end up in a conflict between US and allies against the Arabs + China + maybe Russia?
Al Qaeda is not a country so it wouldn't be a typical war as we know it.
EDIT: Just guessing here, not that this is ever going to happen imho.
