(I ran some searches, but did not see anything that looks like my issue, please ignore if this subject has already been discussed.)
Hello, recently I have been having trouble with the game's file extraction with two separate mods (CCMAT v10 and City-States Diplomacy Mod all recent versions). Many other mods work fine however. The CIV5MOD type file does not extract at all *or* it unpacks it and leaves an empty folder in the MODS folder. If I use winrar, it works perfectly. I know of one other person (V. Soma) who has been having a similar problem; anyone else? Thank you
EDIT: Running with 1.0.0.621, and Civ 5 is installed on C drive.
