By ending the Open Borders treaty and cutting India off from one of its cities, the Qi have clearly shown their intentions. Only possible solution left for India was to declare war.

The peaceful India is not interested in this war and is open to negotiate a new peace and open borders treaty. If the Qi attack, however, India's longbows will defend their cities.
