I'll see about the canoe, as far as the stone axe and the spears are concerned, look for them in my weapons pack, which hopefully will be out by the end of the week (next one that is).

I've got small challenge for tha Whabbit....
it is from Warhammer Fantasy, it is the Chaos War Mammoth....
one thing i'd suggest would be to make it a single unit like a tank unit.
Though i'd like to a cataput vesion as well as the standard with lord or better a Sorccer Lord that throws pryro-technics from his hands.
If you need more pics i got some more.

Thanx for effort you put into the canoe Rabbit, White. I put the two NIF Viewer editing tutorials from your sig right at the top of my 'Most Important Things To Do' list so I don't have to bother ya with simple things.. :>
And I am waiting on needles for your next Alt Weapons Pack, Sid and dem always did skip over the stone and bronze age to fast, were lucky people like you are putting in the neccesary efeort

I wan't to post the alpha version of my Anceint Era mod so everyone can see what I want these unit graphics for. I wish I could post my mod on CFC, but since I added TheLopez's Merc Mod the file exceeds CFC's 500kb limit.

If you find the time could you make some Fantasy/europeanmedievalstyle banners and armystandards like here?(no need to skin them just to see the parts, also notice the small ones on the men-at-arms' heads).
We will use Banners on almost all units we have(since we got a standardbearer promotion) so this'll be of great use to us and maybe for medieval mods too(apart from the pics maybe some triangular forms too?):

Imp building an Afrikaner civilization. I am looking for a willing soul that will develop a UU for the Afrikaners.
Named the 'Boer Kommando'.
Short history:
Guerrilla tactics were used extensively by the forces of the Afrikaner republics in the Second Boer War in South Africa 1899-1902. After the British defeated the Boer armies in conventional warfare and occupied their capitals of Pretoria and Bloemfontein, Boer commandos reverted to mobile warfare. Units led by leaders such as Christian de Wet harassed slow-moving British columns and attacked railway lines and encampments. The Boers were almost all mounted and possessed long range magazine loaded rifles. This gave them the ability to attack quickly and cause many casualties before retreating rapidly when British reinforcements arrived. In the early period of the guerrilla war, Boer commandoes could be very large, containing several thousand men and even field artillery. However, as their supplies of food and ammunition gave out, the Boers increasingly broke up into smaller units and relied on captured British arms and ammunition.
I need urgent assistance! I request a design from you seeing that you are billiant at it: a UU for the Afrikaners. We are three guys designing the CIV, but no one to design the unit.
The unit looks similar to the Cavalry unit change to the following:
1) Hat change.
2) Adding a beard.
3) Ammunition belts across the upper torso.
4) A simple dark jacket with kaki's underneath.
5) It gets a bonus movement point and the Blitz promotion. (As recommended by Chamaedrys)
6) Named the Ruiter Kommando

@Ploeperpengel: I'll put this stuff on the todo list, I'll start working on it once I'm done with the weapons pack.
@Abrie JF Kilian: Another something I'll put on the todo list. I'm not sure when it'll be done though - it's fairly simple, but then again I have twenty other "fairly simple" stuff that I also want to do, so... I'll let you know

We have three folks who pretty much exclusively concentrate on 20th century war machines, and with all the units they've done, they still probably haven't covered a tenth of all the available ones. Doesn't reflect nicely on the human race, does it.

oh, sorry. that sounds really cool. i was thinking black uniform and pistols as weapons ( or maybe shotguns.) either would look cool animated!

Why not do a space shuttly-sort-of-thing? Sort of a futuristic air unit. I'm sure something like that would be good - and no need to mess around with too many moving parts either...
I made a Civ with a UU that is basically a Cannon with 2 movement (I like to sweep through enemy territory with speed and the regular siege weapons are too slow). I named it cannoneer and have a button. I just need an actual unit graphic. Thanks much if you have the time to get to something like this!
