Other than that not much happening, BAT agreed to our deal with them and cbr forwarded us a couple of tech.

raze it....do macemen need iron??? do they have copper? If so problem solved. No city no chance of taking it back so they would need a settler
Well we could go in a cold war mode. Meaning a state of war exists with them but we dont actively attack them Defend victory and hope for enough tech to keep pace.
I wonder if they are getting help. This war now has gone longer than what we thought so perhaps we need to think about peace. BUT I think they will not take it. We need to scare them first.

well if we can raze the city and the mine we can delay them some turns. Assuming they dont have a settler built we may be able to have 10 or more turns with them having metals.
That could force them to the table or give us a needed edge. We can attack form teh south towards their capital.

1. Raze the city! (obviously)
2. Pillage the iron mine! Otherwise, they will still have access to it as it will be under cultural borders.
Maybe go on a pillaging mission

BC... is that city to the north worth killing also. Raze city , pilalge mine and run up there. Kill that city.
We have taken 2 cities and their iron..however if that city is closer to the capital..let it be to run up there costs unless its a high production city. it looks commerce so it could cripple them gnp wise

Well i was thinking if they have it set as a commerce city it would hurt.
Reason I say pillage the iron is thats more turns for a worker to remine it and re road it. every turn matters.

Well, if the other cities have enough culture, they will still control the iron. We'll see when the time comes.
Hmm. We failed an attack on the capital some time ago. They'll be guarding it well. Of course, we could still do it if we can create another stack.

I am not saying attack the capital...kill their other cities. We just need to hurt them enough so they are never a threat again if we do declare peace.

@Robi D, I wanna do that too. But they having macemen makes me worry that we could lose our entire stack. If the stack is next to a city with many defensive units, they could combine forces and kill it.

They wont have any without iron. We should razing everything in that area that we see and keep reenforcing their. The only way we are going to win is to deny them that area. Getting Machinary a bit quicker would be nice too
