In Hearts if Iron in 1939 I believe Finland control a piece of lands to the northern sea. That is why I added it.

I was talking about the area near Lake Ladoga and OTL Leningrad. Finland should own some of that territory.

I prefer the Map on the first page, but, in either one, the Alaska Panhandle and Labrador-Quebec border are wrong.
