I tried the ingame graphics but no go.
I also noticed that the dix10and11 version crashes imidiately upon pushing the button (i don't know if it means anything besides i;m not supposed to be running these versions).
also i found the doc folder but the only graphics file is a text file and i have no idea what to change and what not to give you an example:
